At WOW AI, we respect your privacy and give all users the right to request the deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements (including Meta/WhatsApp). This page explains how you can request the removal of all personal data associated with your account.

How to Request Data Deletion

To delete your personal data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@getwow.ai with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
2. Include the following information in your message:

4. The email or phone number associated with your WOW AI account
5. The app or integration you are requesting deletion for (e.g., WOW AI App)
6. Our team will verify your identity and process the deletion request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Once verified, we will permanently delete:

• Your account information
• Store or integration data associated with your account
• Any synced analytics or app-generated insights
• Any data required to operate your instance of the app

Some anonymized, non-identifiable logs may remain for security and compliance.

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 7–14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
